Woke up around 630am,
had breakfast with my parents...

Went back home to nap awhile more...
Then head out for training at 830am...
Met up with lynn at yck mrt platform...
Around 920am, i guess.

Ahern was late agian...
And also very mafan...
He should know whye....
HAHA!!

Trained at fightwork...
What a hot day today,
sweat like hell there...
Though it was good to sweat,
but it like dehydrating during training...
Snap both my knees today...
And it was quite painful~~X'(
